Inventor Tom Lawton Offers Unique Rainbow Prints To Support Key Workers Over Christmas

Wiltshire-based inventor Tom Lawton, founder of Uplifting Products, wishes to donate three of his distinctive ‘Blueprint Of A Rainbow’ prints to keyworkers to raise their spirits during the festive period.

He’s looking to deliver them (safely) to any keyworkers who have a staff room or similar which needs a splash of colour to brighten up stressful or difficult days.

“Sometimes a rainbow, when viewed from the heavens, can be seen as a complete circle, known as a ‘glory’,” Tom said.

“Admittedly, this is easier to see when viewing from either an aeroplane window or a mountain top but to save you the hassle I’ve drawn this illustration to bring a little gloriousness to any indoor space. During this time, when we know more than ever how important our keyworkers are, I’d like to donate three to three teams who are working harder than ever to keep us safe, while they are actually putting their own health at risk.”

Tom is looking to giveaway three limited edition posters to adorn a staff room where keyworkers take a break. This could be a hospital team, a GP team, emergency services or a team in a care home setting across the South West.

“I’ll happily deliver a poster to the chosen teams and I hope it brings a little ‘glory’ to their days!”

Tom believes passionately to giving back. Earlier this year he pledged to donate £10 from every sale of his latest invention, the Uplift 2.0 to charity. Uplift 2.0 is a solar powered sculpture designed to sit on a windowsill and gently revolve in the light. The progressive new design is inspired by the ocean and the motion of the waves.

To date sales have raised £1,000 for the Sea Sanctuary charity which specialises in so-called ‘blue health’ projects. They use a combination of sail training, marine activities and evidence-based therapies to help children and adults who are struggling with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression.

To nominate a team for a Blueprint Of A Rainbow Print please email glory@beuplifted.co.uk by December 18 to ensure delivery over the festive period. For more information about Tom and his products visit https://beuplifted.co.uk
