Life-saving PPE Being Produced by Pertemps Workers

The need for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) has been well documented in recent weeks and our flexible workforce has played a key role in ensuring it gets to the NHS.

A Warwickshire firm has been inundated with orders for a new disposable face shield, so much so that it has been producing over 35,000 of them every day of the week! This increased productivity produced an urgent demand for more workers and Pertemps was happy to lend a hand.

Pertemps was already a partner of the Leamington-based business having supplied permanent workers before, but we were asked to quickly hire 20 temp workers to support the production of the face shields. Our flexible workers were delighted to step in at short notice.

This grew rapidly as within 48 hours Pertemps had supplied 60 people with more temp workers jumping at the opportunity to help such a worthwhile initiative.
