Browns Brasserie & Bar Unveils its New Look in Bristol
Unveiling its sparkling redesign in Bristol last week, ahead of the festive season, Browns Brasserie & Bar marked the occasion with a special VIP party.
Located on Queens Road, the newly refurbished Browns Bristol officially opened with a VIP event on Wednesday 23rd November. The atmospheric evening saw local businesses and residents celebrate the venue’s great new look with drinks and delicious tasters from the extensive menu.
The brasserie, modelled on the Doge’s Place in Venice and once part of the Bristol Museum and Art Gallery, now has a brighter, more modern look, with an incredible new feature bar the centre of attention. With a menu featuring delights such as pan fried seabass fillets and slow cooked salted pork belly; scrumptious afternoon tea; and carefully crafted cocktails, the brasserie is now the perfect space to relax in style. This all follows significant investment in Browns Bristol, which has capacity for over 300 guests, and employees over 60 people from the local area.
Carrie Berry, General Manager at Browns Bristol, comments: “The VIP opening was a great success, and we’re thrilled to finally be able to show off the brasserie’s refreshed interior. As always at Browns, the atmosphere was buzzing, the wine was flowing and the superb Canapés added that elegant final touch, showing exactly why Browns Bristol is the perfect place to get together.”
“At Browns, we want to create a stylish place for friends and family to celebrate their special occasions or unwind with a cocktail. Now that we’ve reopened, the team are excited to deliver extraordinary experiences to guests, which is what Browns is all about.”
