Recipe: Healthy Hummus

The hot weather has arrived at last and we all know that means, it’s time to dig out the BBQ.

420g Chickpeas, cooked, drained and rinsed
3 Tablespoons of Tahini
1 Clove of Garlic
1 ½ Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
¼ Teaspoon of Sea Salt
¼ Teaspoon of Cumin
1 Tablespoon of Water

Add all solid ingredients into tall cup, then fill up to the maximum line with liquids. After that blend until smooth which should take approximately 30 seconds.
