Multi-award-winning Head Chef, Dan Moon, will be taking part in one of the South West’s biggest and most unique foodie events, Eat Drink Bristol Fashion.
Running from 29th April until 10th May in Bristol’s Queens Square, Eat Drink Bristol Fashion is a spectacular event showcasing the South West's culinary skills and musical talent.
Ston Easton Park’s award-winning Head Chef, Dan Moon, will be participating in the Pride of the West Dinner alongside John Hooker (Cornish Arms), Russell Brown (Sienna) and Paul O’Neil (Berwick Lodge) which takes place on Friday 8th May.
Dan Moon commented: “I love the concept behind Eat Drink Bristol Fashion as I’ve always been an advocate of supporting local produce, supplies and chefs; we even have our own kitchen garden at the hotel so you can’t get more local than that! I can’t wait to showcase what the best chefs of the South West can do.”
