Your Total Guide To entertainment
Running from Saturday, November 16 to Tuesday, December 24, this brand-new immersive event promises fun and festive cheer for families, friends, and fans of the beloved Aardman characters.
Located in the Friary Building at Quakers Friars, the experience invites participants to join Wallace and Gromit in their latest adventure — getting the quirky Christmas-O-Matic invention working just in time to save the holidays.
Full of festive surprises, creative challenges, and Wallace’s signature inventiveness, this event is set to become a must-see for anyone looking to add some lighthearted adventure to their Christmas plans.
After completing their mission, participants can head over to the Cracking Christmas Cafe, a pop-up spot offering seasonal treats for all ages, including cheese sandwiches, cakes, hot drinks, and even dog-friendly puppuccinos. It’s the ideal place for a well-deserved break during Christmas shopping.
Tickets for Wallace & Gromit: A Cracking Christmas Experience are available from October 1 on EventBrite for £7.50 plus fees. Cabot Circus will also continue its tradition of spreading joy through its annual Giving Tree, allowing visitors to donate gifts to support local charities under the iconic glass dome.
Sarah Tinsley, Director of Marketing & Placemaking, at Hammerson said: “Cultural partnerships are just one of the exciting ways we are engaging our customers and creating new reasons to visit beyond shopping. Last year, our colourful mural with Aardman really captured visitor’s imaginations, so we are excited to be collaborating with them once again for a festive activation which not only champions local artists but also seeks to connect the community at the most magical time of the year.”
