What's Bristol Like For A Night Out?

Bristol is well-known for its lively nightlife. Various entertainment options range from glitzy speakeasies to dive bars, from comedy shows to karaoke bars, and from underground live music venues of all sizes. In Bristol's club, you can listen to everything from drum bass to dancehall courtesy of powerful sound systems.

Bristol has everything you could want for a good Friday night. The city will spoil you with choices regarding where to party, with options from ranging the best bars to high-quality nightclubs.

Bristol's Best Bars

Bristol City is home to some bars in the country if you want to dive even deeper into the night's activity, especially into the realm of fun. If you’re new, rest assured that a bartender is nearby and ready to serve your beverage. Rainbow Casino in Bristol is a contemporary and fashionable location that you can find inside Bristol's Harbourside.

Rainbow Casino Bar allows you to begin or end your evening in your night style. Everyone can find what they're looking for here. If you're trying your luck, you can gamble at the tables with others or play alone with popular casino games brought to you by Top Mobile Casino on your phone. Then have a bite to eat and a drink while at it.

Another bar is The Bootlegger, the only speakeasy-style bar in Bristol that is not concealed behind a doorbell or a payphone, making it a unique establishment. Instead, there is the unexpected sight of windows that open into the street, allowing for the natural light that is one of the most valuable fortes.

In addition to the live music provided by male and female musicians playing double basses, there are also DJs performing more up-to-date songs.

Bristol's Finest Restaurant Bar

Bristol has some of the fanciest bars, which can amaze you with their brews and cocktails. Sparkling craft beer, unfamiliar cocktails, margaritas, and fresh wines are popular here. Besides drinks, consumers want interesting good food. They establish their drinking spots in a city that drinks a lot. Choose a bar that provides food, so you never have to leave your bar stool when hunger strikes.

Arnolfini Cafe Bar, located in the heart of Bristol and offers stunning views of the harbor, making it the perfect place to catch up with loved ones or do business. The bar is open 24/7 and serves breakfast, lunch, homemade cakes, artisan coffee, and drinks made with ingredients from the surrounding community.

In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, the cafe is open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Arnolfini also hosts events during the warmer months at its outside bar, including BBQs, DJ sets, and live music.

Bristol's High-Quality Nightclub

Bristol's nightlife attracts partygoers from around the world. The clubs range from Thekla, a boat nightclub, to dance superclubs. Most people in Bristol enjoy the nightclubs there as Park Street is a wonderful place for newcomers in Bristol. The long high street has clubs and bars for different tastes.

A nightclub on a boat isn't something you'd expect to find in just any city, but then, Bristol isn't your average metropolis. The Thekla, for example, served as a floating theater and art gallery when it was first relocated to the Mud Dock area in 1982. By the 1990s, however, it had transformed into a nightclub, hosting an early performance by the bands.

In 2006, the owners of Nottingham's Rock City purchased Thekla. They reconstructed it as a nightclub and concert venue, bringing in popular acts like The XX and Santigold to make the boat a hit with Bristol's indie and dance communities.
