JOB OF THE WEEK: Marketing Executive

Pertemps is the UK’s largest privately-owned recruitment agency. Established in 1961, they have over 200 branches and offices nationwide operating across a multitude of sectors and industries.
The firm: Their client, who are an award winning organisation within the education field, have an opening for a full time Marketing Executive to join their busy, friendly team on a permanent basis.
Hours: You will be working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5:30pm and receive an annual salary of £25000 - £30000 (depending on experience) + great benefits and a comprehensive development programme!
The role:
Fully office based in their Central Bristol Offices however there is an opportunity for the role to hybrid. The marketing executive is a standalone marketing role and will support the recruiting department in designing, developing, and delivering compelling campaigns and communications across a variety of channels to attract the right people.The role is digitally biased, focusing on candidate engagement, communication of our brand and partner brands, and maximising ROI.
Duties include:
- Leading and managing local and national targeted activity to support the department and client requirements.
- Management of the Candidate Attraction Marketing Budget while maximising PPC and paid media campaigns.
- Report and analyse campaigns measured against specific KPIs.
- Working with the Digital Marketing Executive and Web Executive to drive lead generation through website and social media.
- Assisting the management team with presentations and producing regular reports using digital analytics tools.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ideally Degree educated or equivalent qualifications in Marketing.
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills.
- A strong track record of lead generation through organic marketing.
- Excellent with data analytics and ability to evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Organised and able to work autonomously.
- You should be a self-motivated, self-starter, motivated to learn, and comfortable with identifying and executing on new areas of opportunity.
- Copywriting experience.
- Paid media experience.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Design skills are desirable.
