Job Vacancies at The Black Castle Flaming Grill

Ever wanted to work in a Castle??? Now is your chance to as they open up a vacancy for a cook to join their amazing team!

The Black Castle are a family-friendly pub, famous for their delicious, flame-grilled food and sizzling skillets and luckily for you, they are currently on the look out for superstars to join their amazing team!

Due to continued growth they’re looking to recruit a cook and 2 part time or 1 full time front of house person. Working in a pub and for the leading pub chain can be so rewarding but also hard work.

For the front of house role duties include:

• Waiting on tables
• Ensuring brand standards are met
• Working a busy bar and so much more

For the kitchen role duties will include:

• Preparing food to company specification
• Delivering great quality food in a timely manor
• Pot washing
• Cleaning duties and adhering to food safety requirements

Experience is preferred in both roles but not essential as a fantastic training package will be provided.

Working hours will vary from week to week and will include days, evenings and weekends.
