This was the first time the Tour has come to Bristol in its current guise and the timing could not have been any more perfect. 

With the Bristol Cycling Strategy underway and Bristol’s investment in cycling infrastructure growing through the Cycling Ambition Fund, the Tour’s visit has helped to highligh Bristol’s reputation as a city of cycling.
